Definitions

'Company' - Good Pub Food, the trading name of James Raymond.

'Customer' - the party named in the Contract for Services provided by Good Pub Food.

 Contents of Customer Web Pages

The Customer is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the facts or information included in their web pages. 
Under no circumstances should this information contain any material that is, in the Company's opinion, obscene, threatening, hateful, libellous, or of an unlawful nature, or in breach of any other regulations, copyright, trade secrets or other intellectual property.
Should any legal action arise from the contents of the Customer web pages, the Customer will take full legal responsibility.

 E-Mailing

In order to protect the Customer's privace, Good Pub Food will never distribute Customers' e-mail addresses or other information to any third patries.

The Customer agrees not to engage in unsolicited e-mailing (spamming).

Termination

The Company does not routinely inspect or monitor the Customer's web page and cannot be held liable for any loss or damages as a consequence of  the content.

Should the Company receive any complaints regarding the content of a Customer's web page, the Company may terminate the contract without notice. The Customer will receive a full refund of any unexpired site rental fees on a pro rata basis .

The Customer may at any time and without cause terminate the contract but all unexpired site rental fees will remain with the Company.
